This all started when I felt like I was losing my mind! I was completely overwhelmed by everything I was juggling—trying to remember when library day was, whose appointment was when, and the dreaded question “what I was going to make for dinner.”
I was drowning in the details, but I noticed my husband didn’t seem to feel the same weight. It left me frustrated, confused, and wondering if I was the only one feeling this way.
Turns out, I wasn’t. The Mental Load is real, and I created this space to help others recognize it, lighten it, and feel less alone in the process.
