Hi, I’m Tanah! I’m so glad you’re here.

This space was born out of a feeling I couldn’t shake—that I was carrying an invisible weight no one else seemed to notice. Like so many of you, I was juggling an endless mental to-do list: remembering appointments, planning meals, and managing every little detail of family life. It was overwhelming, and the hardest part? It felt like I was the only one feeling this way.

But I wasn’t. As I started digging into why I felt this way, I realized what I was experiencing wasn’t just “life” or “motherhood.” It had a name—the Mental Load. That realization was a game-changer for me, and it became my mission to create a space where others could find the same clarity and support.

I don’t have all the answers, but I do know this: understanding the Mental Load is the first step toward feeling lighter. My hope is that this space helps you feel seen, find practical strategies, and know you’re never in this alone.
